Providing a safe, comfortable indoor environment for building occupants can be a challenging task.

Many factors can contribute to poor air quality.   These can include, but not be limited to, inadequate ventilation, improper equipment maintenance, excessive humidity, and chemical or microbial (mold) contamination.

Indoor Air Quality regulations require a combination of preventive maintenance, complaint resolution, and documentation of all indoor air quality related activities to remain in compliance.

Indoor air quality complaints typically account for 70% of the complaints received by New Jersey PEOSH  and county health departments annually.
